Subscription & Pricing
How do the subscription tiers work?
We offer three tiers: Essentials (£32/month), Nourish & Reward (£42/month), and Complete Care (£56/month). Each tier includes different categories of products. Your monthly price covers two fortnightly deliveries.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, absolutely. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. Simply log into your account or contact our support team.
When will I be charged?
Your first charge occurs when you complete your initial order. After that, you're billed monthly on the same date. You can change your billing date in your account settings.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes! You can skip any delivery up to 48 hours before it's scheduled to ship. Just log into your account and manage your delivery schedule.
Are there any long-term commitments?
No commitments whatsoever. Nine Lives Club is a flexible subscription that you can modify, pause, or cancel anytime without penalties.
Products & Customization
Can I choose which brands are in my box?
Yes! Our Mix & Match configurator lets you select your preferred brands within your subscription tier's allowances. You can change your selections before each delivery.
How often can I change my product selections?
You can update your product preferences anytime up to 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery. Changes will apply to the next box.
What if my cat doesn't like a product?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If your cat doesn't enjoy a product, contact us and we'll help you swap it for something else in your next box.
Are the products suitable for kittens or senior cats?
Many of our products are suitable for cats of all ages. When configuring your box, look for age-specific tags. You can also contact us for personalized recommendations.
Do you offer products for cats with dietary restrictions?
Yes! Many of our brands offer grain-free, hypoallergenic, and specialized diet options. Filter by dietary needs in the configurator or contact us for guidance.
Delivery
How often do you deliver?
Standard delivery is fortnightly (every 2 weeks). You can also choose weekly delivery for multi-cat households or monthly delivery for smaller needs.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is completely free on all subscription boxes to anywhere in the UK.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland. Currently, we don't ship internationally, but we're working on it!
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can update your delivery address anytime in your account settings. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our couriers will leave your box in a safe place or with a neighbor if you're not home. You can provide specific delivery instructions in your account settings.
Account & Support
How do I create an account?
You'll create an account automatically when you place your first order through the configurator. You'll receive login credentials via email.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, and we'll email you a reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Can I manage multiple cats on one account?
Yes! You can create multiple subscription boxes under one account, each customized for different cats.
How do I contact customer support?

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
If you're unhappy with your first box, contact us within 14 days and we'll issue a full refund or help you customize a better selection.
Sustainability & Ethics
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! All our boxes and packaging materials are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable. We've eliminated single-use plastics from our supply chain.
Are your products ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We only partner with UK suppliers who meet strict animal welfare, sustainability, and ethical sourcing standards. Learn more on our Sustainability page.
Do you offset your carbon emissions?
Yes, we offset 100% of our delivery emissions through verified carbon reduction projects. Every box delivered has a net-zero carbon footprint.
